Centre Party Parliamentary Group

Centre Party Parliamentery Group Centre Party Parliamentary Group
The Finnish Centre Party has 51 MPs. Leader of the parliamentary group is Timo Kalli. His deputies are Inkeri Kerola and Juha Rehula.

Parliament's most important work is done in the committees. Each Centre Party MP is an ordinary member and a deputy member of at least one committee.

Plenary sessions aren't held during the weekends or on Mondays. When others spend their weekend holidays, MPs usually continue their work in the provinces, meeting with constituents.

Assistants help with the routines

The MP has an assistant either in the Parliament or in his or her constituency. The Centre Party parliamentary group is also served by the group secretariat, whose political and other experts acquire background information, write reports and summaries and take care of communications. You can contact the Centre Party MPs, their assistants or the group secretariat through the Parliaments switchboard or by e-mail at the address firstname.lastname@eduskunta.fi. Visit the Centre Party webpage www.keskusta.fi for more information.
